Forest Stewardship Council（简称为FSC）森林管理委员会，建立于1993年，位于波恩德国，是一个独立，非营利，非政府组织，主要任务是促进全球森林管理的环境、社会和经济效益，其提供标准建立、商标使用认可和认证认可服务。ＦＳＣ森林管理委员会建立两大标准系列：forest management standards（简称ＦＭ）森林管理标准，Chain of Custody standards（简称ＣＯＣ）产销监管链标准。 n FSC森林管理标准基于负责森林管理的十大原则和准则，分别为： 1.
